What is a Thread Lift?
The Thread Lift is a procedure which rejuvenate’s, regenerates and improves the structure of the face, using specialised threads. The threads are made of soluble Polydioxanone (PDO) and stimulates the collagen and elsatin to improve line and wrinkles which can last up to 2 years.
The procedure involves the implantation of fine, absorbable threads into the subcutaneous layer of the skin using small needles. These threads will remain implanted in the skin causing micro-injuries that stimulate collagen synthesis and tissue contraction. After six months, the threads will be absorbed into the body leaving new collagen in their place.
